In the event that all parking spaces are filled at the LACC, where can I park?

If the LACC lots are full, there is plenty of parking nearby. Please refer to the map for all available lots surrounding the LACC.

What dining options are available at the LACC?

Concessions schedule and availability are subject to each show. Taste Los Angeles, powered by Levy Restaurants is the exclusive in-house dining provider and operator of the onsite cafes listed below:

Are animals and/or service animals allowed at the LACC?

Pets are not allowed at the LACC.
However, the LACC abides by the regulations for ADA Service Animals set by the US Department of Justice.

Is outside food and beverage allowed?

The LACC does not permit outside food and beverage. While an individual item i.e. bottle of water is ok, Items in bulk such as a case of water or a cooler with food and snacks is not allowed on property and will have to be consumed outside of the venue.

Are all events open to the public?

No; however, many events are open to the public. Please check the event listing to confirm admission details.

Does the Convention Center have a business center?

The LACC has a full-service business center ready to handle all of your document and communication needs.

Are there parking fees?

Daily parking rate ranges $25-40; due to demand and location, the fees vary between parking garages and events. Feel free to inquire about a specific event's pricing.
NOTE: Accessible parking and motorcycle parking are also subject to the same fees.

Can I bring my own (personal) water bottle into the Convention Center?

Yes! Personal water bottles are allowed; however, we do not permit outside food. Beverages in bulk (such as a case of water) are also prohibited. Only, personal beverages are allowed.

Does the Los Angeles Convention Center provide wheel chair rentals?

The LACC's Guest Services Team can assist with wheelchair rentals when available. Please ask a Guest Services Representative for assistance.
Additionally, the event’s EMT typically offers this service to show attendees. We recommend that you contact show management directly.

Are there shuttles to the Convention Center from nearby hotels?

While the LACC does not operate a shuttle, many nearby hotels offer shuttle services to the LACC. Please check with your hotel for details.

How do I get to the Convention Center from the airport?

The LACC is accessible by car as well as public transit.

Is there a Lost and Found?

Yes, there is a lost and found. Please contact Guest Services at 213-765-4225.

Is there a Post Office mailbox (outgoing) located at the Convention Center?

No, there is no outgoing mailbox at the LACC.

Are there cell phone charging stations at the Convention Center?

Charging stations may be provided by the Event. Please check event details for additional information.

Are guests allowed to bring balloons into the Convention Center?

No, we do not allow balloons at the LACC.

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles in the parking garages?

Yes, there are 12 EV charging stations available in South and West Parking Garages.

What are parking hours?

Our general parking hours are 5:30am - 9:00pm.

Do you have breastfeeding and lactation facilities?

Los Angeles Convention Center recognizes public ​accommodation for all breastfeeding mothers (CA Civil Code 43.3) in any authorized public locations. For those requiring additional privacy, the Center has two lactation rooms:
- South Hall - Located in the First Aid offices in lobby (main level by Pico Street entrance); has a sink and outlets
- West Hall - Located in the lobby (outside Hall A – across from Petree C); has outlets and there is a single-stall restroom just outside if sink is needed
